Bring your drum, rattle, chimes, or we have some instruments to share! No experience is required!
All are welcome. You don’t even need an instrument, you can clap or tap, make your own rattle out of beans and a container, or just come and listen to the beats!
Drumming has proven to be a healing tool both physically and emotionally by releasing endorphins which improves mood & social connection, decreases stress, and fosters well-being.
